We are a home based bakery that operated under the cottage food law.
Cottage food law is for individuals that sell from their home kitchen, so that means products that come from our kitchen have not been inspected by the Michigan department of rural and agricultural development.
It does. We are restricted on what we can sell. Things that need temperature control such as cheesecakes, whipped frosting, ect, we are not allowed to sell at this time.
