Refund Policy

Deposits are nonrefundable unless the order is canceled by the owner. If there is an error with the order at the time of pick-up/ delivery and the customer accepts the order, a partial refund of the remaining balance after the deposit may be applicable. If the customer declines the order, no payment is required, and a partial refund of deposit may be issued based on the circumstances. Please note if the customer cancels the order after placing the deposit, no refund will be granted unless special circumstances apply.
